With over 50% of the Fortune 1000 using Diligent’s suite of tools to manage their corporate governance needs; we’re constantly searching for ways to provide additional insights and analytics to help organizations make better informed decisions. 

Our challenge was to seamlessly integrate Director Search as a product enhancement that focused on individual director networks, the people that they were connected too and a customized watchlist functionality.

 
My Role : My role was to clearly define the existing functionality of what was previously a standalone product, identify pain points; then provide recommendations and product design solutions that would introduce director networking as an enhancement to Diligent’s suite of tools.

Facilitating brainstorming & sketch sessions was a way to evangelize design and provide an opportunity to get input, feedback and perspective on potential new features from a multi-disciplinary group within the organization.

Design Pattern exploration  to document the pros and cons of utilizing similar design patterns to display content. This helped to prioritize enhancements to that would be a part of the post MVP product design backlog.

Presenting a branded, centralized and engaging experience for social media content.

 

Primary objective: Increase the visibility of the bank’s social media content while making it more convenient for visitors to find information on financial topics and products.  

 
The Social Media Hub  provided a single destination for customers to interact the best of the bank’s social media content. The Social Hub combined content from the bank’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and blog posts.

Low fidelity wireframes  helped provide a basis to rapidly generate and discuss ideas in the early stages of the project.

The User Centered Design process was used to develop an increased understanding of patient and administrator needs within an ambulatory (out-patient) healthcare setting. Tools and methods used: Usability Testing, Stakeholder Interviews, Information Architecture, UX Analytics, Interaction and Visual Design.

 
Advanced User Research  techniques provided an opportunity to facilitate both in-house and remote usability sessions. This information helped our team to apply more user data to our design decision making process. The final result, a more user centric product that was built for customers; not just stakeholders.

McKesson’s Ambulatory  (outpatient) Healthcare software suite focused on new patient registration and appointments, along with physician and healthcare provider scheduling.
